THE CREW

Our standards are high, but crewing with DMY is rewarding. We continually seek experienced skippers and crew to join our team, plus volunteer crew seeking experience. Both experienced and inexperienced crew are welcome to apply. We'll be in touch when we require crew or have volunteer positions available for an upcoming delivery.

Volunteers should view deliveries as experience building, sea-mile accrual and informal sailing tuition that is provided at little cost (you are generally responsible for your transportation to and from the vessel and your expenses while ashore, we pay for all costs during delivery including food). Strictly no alcohol or drugs are allowed during deliveries. The most important character traits that volunteer delivery crew can possess is a good positive attitude, an open mind and a willingness to help and learn.
